Provides project-oriented and administrative support for Talent Management . Coordinates the overall execution of employee programs & solutions throughout the talent lifecycle, to include, scheduling, building management activities, material management, communication administration, light facilitation, evaluation support, and general program & solution logistics .
Exceptional S kills and Qualifications Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving. Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of applicable/equivalent experience. (Required)
One or more years (s) of experience in project management, process management, or process design required or work experience with transferrable skills set. (Required)
Work collaboratively with other Talent Management team members to drive strategies that improve organizational engagement and performance.
Manage multiple tasks or projects, organize work, set priorities, and determine resource requirements.
Provide feedback on how to improve both appropriateness of content, learning activities and tools, and delivery of training programs.
Administrative Support - Provides proactive, timely and accurate administrative support for department team including calendar/schedule m anagement, troubleshooting office equipment, managing invoices, manage recordkeeping and documentation/files, Will help evaluate, design, develop, implement and revise talent management solutions, in-services and self-learning material according to established standards. May perform research on various related topics.
