The business is seeking a Senior Manager of Finance to join their team to support their growth plans. As the Manager/Director of Finance, you will execute and oversee capital transactions including tax equity and equity and project-level debt raises.
Key Responsibilities: Acta as lead on debt and equity raise transactions. Responsibilities include due diligence, structuring, and negotiations.
Work collaboratively with the development team to provide M&A guidance and support.
Work with senior leadership to develop internal processes for development, FP&A, and M&A.
Perform in-depth tax equity modeling, taking into account different financial structures; collaborate with the team on internal finance models.
Experience and Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience in finance and/or accounting sectors, renewable or power sector experience preferred.
Tax equity transaction experience is required.
Strong knowledge of project finance, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.
Experience leading and/or developing a deal team.
Proficiency in creating and managing financial models specific to renewable energy projects.
