Software Development Engineer II - Sales Application Engineering

Why We Have This Role

The Internal Development team architects develops, and maintains tools that our coworkers in Sales, Services, and Customer Success use every day. Our tools are critical to onboarding new Qualtrics customers, tracking product usage, viewing license information, and ultimately helping our customers to be successful with the Qualtrics product. We work primarily with Django, React, and MySQL, and all of our services are hosted on AWS.

What We're Looking For on Your Resume

BA/BS degree in computer science or related field

2-5 years experience in developing and operating highly-available web services

Experience with software engineering best practices (e.g. unit testing, code reviews, design, continuous delivery, source-control repositories, test automation, and build/deploy systems)

Development experience in a high-level language, such as Javascript, PHP, or Python (bonus points for experience with Django and React)

Database experience (preferably SQL)

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
