_We are looking for a qualified_ _Maintenance Specialist II_ _like you to join our Texas Health family._
· Work location: 201 Walls Dr. Cleburne, TX 76031
· Work hours: 3: 00 PM – 11:30 PM Monday – Friday with on call rotation
· This position will also be responsible for our Clearfork location.
**Department Highlights:**

**Here’s What You Need:**
· H.S. Diploma or Equivalent **required**
· Equivalent Specialized training in mechanic trades or a related field preferred Individuals hired into the position prior to January 1, 2003, will be grandfathered with existing education **required.**
· 3 Years’ experience in a commercial or industrial environment and licensed as electrician, plumber or industrial maintenance mechanic certification **required.**
· 7 Years in commercial or industrial environment **without** licensed electrician, plumber or industrial maintenance mechanic certification **required** .
· 1 Year experience in a healthcare environment Preferred.
· Has knowledge with chilled water systems, pneumatic tube station, computerized maintenance system, HVAC, and general plumbing.
· Knowledge with fire alarms, life safety systems and inspections of fire alarm devices.
· Knowledge of emergency generators and related equipment.
**Licenses and Certifications**
· DL - Driver’s License Upon Hire **Required**
· Electrician Upon Hire Preferred
· Plumber Upon Hire Preferred
· Other Healthcare maintenance certification Upon Hire Preferred
**Skills**
· Proficient in the use of computerized systems for all aspects of job performance; troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and utility systems; mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams; ability to work effectively unsupervised and in teams; excellent written, verbal, and listening skills; ability work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
**What You Will Do:**
· Provide routine and specialized building repair and maintenance support for hospital, hospital equipment, and hospital properties utilizing the computerized maintenance management system.
· Performs the duties of skill trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, general maintenance, mechanical, HVAC, and exterior maintenance as required.
· Provide technical support and general guidance to facility staff in the repair and operation of facility equipment, components, utilities, and the like.
· Participate in hospital and departmental safety programs, education opportunities, and related training.
