Essential Functions:
To ensure the quality and safety of the product will include, but not be limited to:
Operate as the lead point of contact for outside Contract Manufacturers specific to customer account management between INW ProForm Laboratories and Cal-Pack, serving as the link of communication between the Contract Manufacturer, key customers and internal teams.
Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to customer account management at INW ProForm Laboratories and serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
Acquire a thorough understanding of Contract Manufacturer key needs and requirements, including but not limited to, work orders, production scheduling and inventory.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Receive, file, maintain and update Customer product documentation.
Receive, file, maintain and update Contract Manufacturer product documentation.
Communicate with Customers, internal departments and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, receive purchase orders, and address complaints, resolve any issues or problems faced by customers to maintain trust.
Receive requests for quote (RFQ) from Customers and work cross-functionally internally to prepare, price RFQ and submit to the President to be finalized.
Provide information or indication of problems to Management or Quality Assurance.
Work cross-functionally to ensure customers’ orders progress in a timely and efficient manner from R&D concept to production order.
Update and maintain Customers’ product pricing quarterly or per purchase order.
Update and maintain Contract Manufacturer’s rates and invoice approvals.
Coordinate release of shipments between Customer, PFL QA, and PFL Logistics to ensure the timely delivery of product.
Coordinate with PFL Scheduling to maintain and update product orders to provide Customers and internal PFL departments with weekly and monthly status updates.
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., Monthly sales results and annual forecasts).
Prepare reports on account status.
Reports to work regularly and on time.
Perform duties safely and to report unsafe conditions or actions.
Assists in other duties as needed and directed.
Salary Range: $90K to $100K annually
Minimum Qualifications
2-5 years of Relevant field (preferably project management) or equivalent work experience or BA/BS degree in Business Administration.
Language Skills – Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization including executive level.
Computer Skills – Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, and other business-related software such as CRM Software, ERP experience a plus.
Mathematical Skills – Accuracy with arithmetic, subtraction, multiplication, division, and decimals.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Skilled in Project management, active listening, reading comprehension, monitoring, time management, following through, relationship building, negotiation and presentation skills.
Demonstrate attention to detail, orientation to quality, deductive reasoning, problem sensitivity, social perception, customer service and the ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
