Description of the Position:
Responsible for verifying all Program documents are properly logged, scanned, and entered in the document management system. Lead document control team and provide mentorship and guidance to the document controllers embedded in the project teams. This is a Senior level FT Role, extensive EDS experience required in construction, architecture, engineering environment.
Requirements:
5-20 years of experience as document control professional
Significant experience in using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as Aconex, Unifier, etc.
Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills
Past experience in architectural, engineering, and/or construction projects preferred.
A team player
Education : Bachelor’s Degree preferred
