The Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the operational and technology needs of the firm. The ideal candidate has previous financial services experience, including familiarity with CRM, portfolio accounting and reporting systems, technology platforms, and all other operational functions.

Responsibilities:
Perform routine data quality assurance procedures across various resources including CRM, portfolio accounting and reporting systems
Responsible for processing all fund transfers and new account setup
Aid in the creation, maintenance, and monitoring of operational workflows
Responsible for developing a strong knowledge of the firm’s software packages and technologies
Play a vital role in the firm’s reporting needs
Ability to improve operational efficiencies and best practices
Work with CCO to take over compliance duties
Responsible for front end functions including manning phones, office operations, and marketing

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required; business related degree highly preferred
Previous financial services/wealth management experience preferred
Mastery of Excel required

Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
