This enterprise Solution Architect will be central to supporting their growth in the enterprise market. This is a chance to help shape the strategic growth of a true game-changer in the AI technology world whilst being a trusted advisor on all things Machine Learning with their biggest customers.
Responsibilities
Excel in crafting efficient, resilient, and replicable machine learning workflows for engineering teams, harnessing our tools to ensure seamless customer onboarding and integration.
Function as a dependable consultant for new clients, discerning their objectives and articulating our product best practices to guarantee their achievement through effective incorporation and optimization post-sales.
Conduct instructional sessions and workshops on product utilization, demonstrating optimal approaches and the array of solutions we provide, to foster customer success and post-sales assimilation.
Act as a vital bridge connecting clients and internal teams, continually relaying customer feedback and advocating for their requirements, thus directly shaping the product roadmap and refining features to mirror authentic user experiences, trends, obstacles, and triumphs.
Requirements
3-5 years of Machine Learning experience
Hands-on with HuggingFace, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and the like.
Strong Computer vision
Experience with NLP
Excellent Python
Used MLOps and tools such as Docker and Kubernetes in a professional environment
Ability to work on AWS, GCP, Azure
