What You'll Be Doing

Analyze project requirements from inception to closeout and develop innovative solutions.

Manage contracts and provide support in acquisition planning.

Prepare Request for Proposals (RFP)/Invitation for Bids (IFB) guidance and conduct market research/analysis.

Collaborate with the Contracting Officer (CO) during the source selection process.

Draft contract negotiation memoranda and contract modifications for CO.

Document evaluation of performance, contract termination, and contract closeout.

Create and maintain contract file folders, review proposals for compliance, and handle contract modifications.

About You

Possess extensive working knowledge of FAR and DFAR and agency supplements.

Demonstrate comprehensive mission knowledge and effective communication skills.

Showcase the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Exhibit leadership qualities and the ability to resolve multifaceted or critical time-sensitive issues.

Possess a Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience.
