KPMG is currently seeking a Director to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

+ Provide guidance, training, and support to project team members, and ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to complete their work

+ Manage integration points between Workday and other systems, and ensure data quality and accuracy

+ Support and lead testing strategy and planning

+ Participate in Workday HCM upgrades, change management, and maintenance activities

+ Ensure project governance policies and processes are in place and followed

+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and external partners

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional architects, technical architects, developers, and consultants to ensure project success

+ Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and communicate progress and status to stakeholders

+ Liaison to Workday Delivery Assurance team and meet requirements, while educating and guiding the client through the process

+ Define project scope, goals, and deliverables based on understanding of customer needs and expectations

+ Lead and manage complex Workday implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Qualifications:

+ A minimum of eight years of Workday Technical Project Management / implementation experience

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

+ Industry certifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Workday Pro Certification preferred

+ Understanding and experience of project tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Project

+ Experience serving as Technical PM for 2+ Workday implementation projects from start through go-live

+ Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, define project scope, develop project plans, and manage budgets

+ Knowledge of HR business processes, data conversion, and integrations

+ Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time, which requires U.S. citizenship
