KPMG is currently seeking a Director to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

+ Lead Workday HCM projects from inception to completion

+ Develop technical solutions to meet business requirements on the Workday platform

+ Configure, implement and maintain Workday solutions

+ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and practices in Workday HCM technology

+ Ensure compliance with security, access, and data privacy requirements

+ Develop and maintain technical documentation including functional specs and configuration guides

+ Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

+ Develop integrations using EIB, Studio, and other Workday integration tools

+ Collaborate with functional analysts and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions

+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on Workday development practices

Qualifications:

+ A minimum of eight years of experience with implementing, configuring, and customizing Workday solutions; minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a technical leadership role

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

+ Workday HCM Certification required

+ Experience / professional knowledge of Workday Business Process Framework (BPF), Core Connectors, Workday Studio, web services, REST APIs, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and Workday Report Writer

+ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

+ Travel as required to support firm engagements

+ Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time, which requires U.S. citizenship
