You will be the advocate for our prospects and customers by creating compelling, contextual journeys. Anticipate buyers' needs, meet them on their journey, educate with thought leadership and guide them throughout their customer lifecycle in a way that is generous, useful, trustworthy and noteworthy. Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

Build buying journeys

Build an d m a intain content buying journey maps across key initiatives , ensuring each journey is complete and includes content across each stage of the buying funnel

Identify buying journey content gaps and recommend solution s to those gaps, including asset refreshes, net new assets, etc. , that serve cross-functional teams

Advise on the best placement and promotion of assets through marketing channels, such as Genesys.com, social media, email and more

Work with subject-matter experts to create "narratives" for marketing campaigns and priorities that begin with contextual problems and drives to specific outcomes and solutions

Enable cross-functional teams to activate defined narratives and buying journeys

Create compelling content that fills a gap in one or more buying journeys

Short-form content - emails, landing pages , checklists, web pages

Longer -form content - ebo oks and blogs

Video script s - Sizzle and explainer videos , and on-demand webinars

Liaise with demand generation teams

Create new and optimize existing individual emails and email cadences to deliver compelling buying journeys that convert

Make the campaigns teams aware of and get input on new content requests in relation to their marketing goals

Analyze performance of content and campaigns. Bring back actionable insights to content team and cross-functional teams.

7 + years of relevant professional experience in content production, strategy and management

Experienced storyteller with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills

Creative thinker and problem-solver, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends

Proven ability to make informed decisions, knowing when to seek guidance and keep stakeholders informed

Demonstrated success in collaborating and influencing cross-functional teams

Able to access, analyze and interpret content performance data and deliver insights for continuous improvement

Well documented and ordered portfolio of work

Collaborative, team player with listening and communication skill s

Great work ethic and moves with a sense of urgency

Ability to manage p roject and program s as needed with a strong attention to detail

Knowledge of cloud and AI technology

Deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing

Familiar with Asana, B ynder , Tableau, Microsoft O ffice and Google Suite

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
