Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in the rapidly evolving field of communication solutions? Day Wireless Systems is seeking a strategic and innovative Director of B2B Sales to drive our commercial and enterprise market sectors to new heights.

Summary:

As the Director of B2B Commercial Sales, you will oversee a team of dedicated Sales Managers and their sales teams across the Western US, focusing on commercial and enterprise clients. Your role will encompass strategic sales planning, team management, sales training, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. One of the Director of Commercial Sales first goals will be learning about our products and how their strategically fit for our clients communication solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct Monthly Sales Training Sessions: Organize and lead monthly sales training sessions with Sales Managers to enhance product knowledge and refine sales techniques within their teams.

Master of Portfolio: Demonstrate mastery in managing a diverse portfolio of responsibilities and initiatives to drive overall commercial sales success.

Manage Sales Forecasts and Strategic Planning: Drive the management of sales forecasts and strategic planning to achieve local market goals effectively.

Advise and Support Field Visits: Guide Sales Managers to accompany sales representatives on field visits, evaluating product knowledge and customer interactions, and occasionally join teams, as necessary.

Strategically Plan and Manage Sales Goals: Strategically plan and oversee individual sales representatives' goals across Buy/Sell, Installation, Engineering, and New Customer acquisition.

Provide Guidance on Sales Opportunities: Offer guidance to sales representatives in identifying and nurturing sales opportunities that align with current market trends and competitive landscapes.

Conduct Performance Evaluations: Regularly conduct performance evaluations to fine-tune strategies and maximize sales effectiveness.

Lead Recruitment and Onboarding: Take the lead in recruitment efforts and oversee the comprehensive onboarding and training process for new sales team members.

Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Maintain awareness of industry trends and developments through participation in workshops, reading publications, and engaging in professional networking.

Experience with NetSuite and CRM Systems: Preferably possess expertise in NetSuite; familiarity with other CRM systems is advantageous for optimizing sales operations.

Other Duties as Assigned: Fulfill additional responsibilities as delegated to support broader sales and organizational objectives.

This position demands strong leadership in sales training, strategic planning, team management, and staying current with industry trends to drive sales growth and enhance team performance within the commercial sector effectively.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
