Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Content Writer to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role focuses on writing and editing customer case studies related to ERP and CRM products in the Dynamics 365 space, providing exposure to diverse team members such as architects and PMs. This is an exciting opportunity to have your work shared on LinkedIn and other platforms, highlighting customer success stories.
In this role you will:
Organize and complete writing assignments according to set standards for order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology
Maintain records and files of work and revisions
Confer with clients to establish technical specifications and determine subject material for publication
Write technical materials such as equipment manuals, appendices, and operating and maintenance instructions

The Ideal Candidate 10+ years of experience in technical writing.
3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365
5-10 years of excellent writing and editing content
Knowledgeable about ERP and CRM systems, implementation, and usage content for case studies
Experience in creating documentation for a technical audience
Excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to read some programming code
Research and writing capabilities, attention to detail, and proactive in managing multiple projects
