The New and Existing Restaurants Project Administrator is generally responsible for senior level administration, data entry, accounting tasks to support the creation and allocation of general contractor and supplier purchase orders, change orders, and franchisee reimbursements for Restaurant Development. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, franchisee reimbursements inquiries and processing, AP inquiries and processing, database management, budget analysis and tracking, purchase order creation and revisions, change order management, and the ability to provide various reports using Restaurant sales data. This position provides analysis and support for the Development & Construction and Strategic Reinvestment teams.

SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

'Responsible for senior level administration tasks to support the direction and strategy of the team.

'Review quotes submitted by partners and apply proper coding, enter purchase orders as well as change orders, and support the Captive Venue Team by entering and updating the purchase orders in Supply Central and Oracle.

'Manage general contractors' purchase orders, change orders, invoices, review quotes, and coding.

'Assist partners and staff by providing correct coding, routing information, and cover sheets as necessary.

'Provide data and ad-hoc reports to staff as needed for programs and projects.

'Reply to partner requests for accounting related inquiries.

'Troubleshoot questions related to purchase orders and invoices.

'Assist with setting up partners in Supply Central (procurement system).

'Respond to partner audit validation requests.

'Manage Smartsheets related to PO closure and partner inquiries.

'Communicate with appropriate stakeholders to help manage PO and invoice approvals.

SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE:

'College degree in project management, finance, accounting, or construction-related experience.

'Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook).

'Proficient in Oracle (Business Objects).

'Ability to maintain a friendly, helpful attitude, and demonstrate empathy to customers.

'Comfortable keying data, from home, with little personal interaction daily.

'Knowledge of construction purchase orders.

'Excellent communication and presentation skills.

'Experience in data analysis, finance, purchasing, distribution, construction, and/or facilities management.

'Ability to take initiative and recognize a need and act without prompting from supervisor.

'Task-focused, self-starter, problem solver, critical thinker, and detail-oriented.

'Take a positive approach to your work and enjoy learning and contributing new ideas and solutions.

'Ability to build strong relationships with your clients and manage their expectations.

'Possess a keen eye for detail, have excellent organizational skills, and can prioritize completing tasks and deadlines.

'Have experience working in a professional services environment.
