We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Manager to lead the post-launch success of a” to be announced” solution. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, implementing strategies to improve user engagement and satisfaction, and driving the adoption of our solutions across the customer base. You will collaborate closely with partners, customers and internal HP teams to ensure seamless market integration, drive product adoption to globally scale the solution across industries.
Your role will include acting as a visible industry thought leader and advocate for the HP Z “to be announced” solution, fostering innovation and continuous improvement to solve customer pain points throughout the entire customer journey of Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew. You will need to be a critical thinker, a creative problem solver, and adept at collaborating with a variety of stakeholders. This position is for a multi-dimensional person: someone who is passionate about customers, our partners, product excellence, and user experience.
Responsibilities
Lead product adoption strategy, working directly with enterprise brands in target segments to refine and enhance product offerings.
Validate and adjust product positioning in key geographies, working with brands and partners to enhance global reach and effectiveness.
Oversee product updates and iterations based on user feedback and market demands, contributing to and executing product roadmaps.
Drive product launch and adoption strategies, ensuring a robust pipeline for sustained success.
Coordinate cross-functionally to optimize the sales process and integration with other HP solutions
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners regarding product development and market strategies.
Proactively explore and identify opportunities within HP to enhance product value and attachment to broader enterprise solutions.
Ensure that product milestones are met and aligned with business KPIs, tracking and reporting on product performance and market feedback.
Travel as necessary to engage with customers and partners, gaining insights that drive product improvements.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to leverage product capabilities as a key driver for hardware sales and broader business objectives.
Skills and Qualifications
Required: 10+ years of experience in product management, product development in customer facing roles.
Required: Experience in managing products related to technology, software, or services in relevant industry or segment
Demonstrated experience with 3D workflows in industries such as textiles, product design, entertainment, architecture, interior design, marketing, and advertising.
Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, user experience design, and market analysis.
Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, influencing, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, independent, and analytical with a proven track record of driving product innovation and market success.
Ability to understand market trends, interpret financial data, and gather comprehensive product feedback.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
