Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
