We arelooking for a Business Analyst (Mobile Demand) who will be responsible for providing administrative support for the marketing team's campaign projects. You will be responsible for creating purchase orders,entering invoices and data accurately into the system, and workingcross-functionally with various departments to ensure vendor selection isfinalized, work has been performed, and vendors are paid. Attention to detailand good communication skills will be essential for success in this role.
Roleand Responsibilities:
Validateand manage invoice process - Enter invoices and data accurately into thesystem, obtain proof of performance from vendors, and work closely with financeand A/P on payments.
Conductresearch/investigate any invoice issues that may arise and take the appropriateaction to get them resolved.
Workwith Marketing leads to submit program approval requests through the company’sportal and track status.
Proofreadcontracts and documents for accuracy.
Workwith leadership to get contracts executed, upload final copies of contracts inthe system, and maintain records.
Workcross-functionally with the procurement department to finalize vendors formarketing programs.
Createvendor purchase orders in the BQMS system.
Requestinventory using the NERP system and work cross-functionally with the supplychain and demand fulfillment department to ensure they are shipped timely.
Gatherinventory forecasts for mobile devices and accessories for programs duringlaunches, and enter that data accurately into the GSCM system.
PreparePowerPoint slides, Word documents and enter data on Excel templates, as needed.
Completead hoc requests as needed.
Required Experience and Education: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in an administrative support role performing similar tasks.
Necessary Skills and Attributes: Self-motivatedindividual with the ability to thrive in a team-based orindependent environment.
Detail-oriented with strongorganization skills.
Ability to work in afast-paced environment.
Limited supervisionand the exercise of discretion.
Must demonstrate strong oral and written communicationsskills, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally with internaldepartments and external vendors.
Problem-solvingskills are required.
Must be able to proofread documents for accuracyas well as the ability to multi-task and stay organized while working in a fastpaced environment.
Abilityto work cross functionally with both internal departments and external vendors.
Proficiencyin MS Office is required.

Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizinghigh visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, andmoderate hand/finger dexterity.
Performswork under time schedules and stress which are normallyperiodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines,intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and projectmanagement deadlines. May require working additional timebeyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
