Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage construction phase
* Oversee technical direction.
* Monitor that the project is constructed in compliance with contract documents, budget, and schedule.
* Establish project procedures, problem-solving activities, budget reviews and certifications needed.
* Prepare agendas and conduct project related meetings
* Review contractor's construction schedule and monitor progress for adherence
* Review contractor claims
* Review and approve contractor's pay applications
* Interface with clients and contractors
* Interface with project stakeholders
* Maintain project tracking logs and documentation
* Monitor safety programs onsite
* Initiate document revisions, project reviews, and processes change orders.
* Receive and distribute test reports.
* Manage inspectors assigned to project
* Prepare lists of items to complete or correct and establish close-out procedures
* Perform post-construction services and investigations as needed.
Qualifications
* Working knowledge of construction management tracking and scheduling programs
* Thorough knowledge of all aspects construction (technology, equipment and methods)
* Valid Driver's license
* Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
