We are looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to help us rapidly grow our business connecting the dots between the high-value business use case and the underlying data and AI technology.
This role partners with our Sales team to rapidly progress and close qualified sales opportunities that lead to happy, successful customers by:
Clearly articulating the unique value proposition that ElectrifAi can provide in solving the business challenge, and
Ensuring that proposed solutions meet the needs of the prospect or client, and obtaining their agreement to that effect
The Senior Solutions Architect will have both business and technical acumen, essentially speaking two languages, and can translate between these languages on the fly. This is a critical role in distilling complicated technical concepts into simple ideas that resonate with the people whose work and lives will be positively impacted by the technology.
Responsibilities:
Become a trusted advisor and partner to customers, building relationships up to and including C-level executives,
Lead customer meetings to uncover business pain points and present solutions; identify unique requirements and assess solution fit,
Deliver product demonstrations with talking points and benefit statements aligned to identified pain points and needs,
Create custom demo applications that address specific customer requirements and leverage ElectrifAi’s Artificial Intelligence products, along with other technologies as required,
Document solution fit through solution architectures, process diagrams, and other mediums; articulate the scope of any custom development required,
Partner with Sales to progress opportunities using clear plans, actively participate in deal reviews, and share ownership of each opportunity with the Sales rep,
Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Product to develop winning RFI/RFP responses, Proposals, and Statements of Work, and ensure a smooth hand-off to Delivery teams after each opportunity is won,
Cultivate relationships with internal Subject Matter Experts and Leaders, and involve them in your opportunities as appropriate,
Provide open, constructive feedback to ElectrifAi team members,
Offer continuous feedback to Product and Engineering organizations, for continuous refinement of our products and solutions,
Actively looks for ways to improve process efficiencies, effectiveness, and outcomes, and
Share your experiences and best practices through writing and presenting to appropriate internal and/or external audiences
Requirements:
At least eight years of experience as a pre-sales engineer selling software-based solutions with non-technical buyers,
Experience and/or certifications with major cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP,
Strong experience in understanding business problems and how to utilize technology to overcome those problems or to meet specific goals,
Experience delivering Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence and strong knowledge of Data Science and Data Analytics,
Engaging and memorable storytelling,
Demonstrated executive presence and presentation skills,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and conflict resolution skills,
Experience developing solution architectures and capturing requirements,
Proven experience operating in a matrix environment, managing multiple stakeholders and skill sets,
Self-starter and quick learner, ready to adapt to new technologies and business models,
B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics or equivalent degree/experience
