Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors in our office
Answer and direct phone calls effectively
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning and filing documents
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space
Manage office supplies and ensure stock levels are adequate
Arrange travel bookings
Uphold a positive and professional image of the firm
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Take responsibility for keeping the office presentable and welcoming
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications: Must be fluent in Spanish as it is essential for this role, no exceptions will be made without fluency
Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in receptionist or customer service roles over the phone
Background in hospitality or sales would be advantageous
Strong communication skills needed to make positive first impressions with various individuals
Must be detail-oriented, with knowledge of internet tools, Microsoft Office products, calendars, and video conference software
Competitive nature with a drive to exceed personal and professional goals
Ability to work collaboratively in a high-energy, growing environment
Friendly and patient telephone etiquette is a must
