Information Technology Contract Manager

Responsibilities:
The role of the Technology Vendor Operations Manager is responsible for leading a team that ensures all net new and renewal technology software and hardware purchases are processed through the appropriate financial and management approvals and within SLA. When the vendor operations manager does their job correctly, they contribute to the efficiency, productivity and success.
Required Skills:
Minimum of five years' experience working with IT software and hardware contracts
Minimum three years' experience working with Ariba procurement software or other procurement software applications
Working knowledge of ServiceNow
Strong analytical and dispute resolution skills to handle issues and drive winning outcomes
Willing and able to travel 10% within the US. 2021 and beyond
Demonstrates a productive edge, willing to engage in conflict when necessary
Microsoft Office suite skills, particularly with Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint Personal Attributes:
Measured Outcomes & Responsibilities:
Contract Renewals are in workflow six months prior to contract end date, and completed prior to expiration.
Net new software and hardware purchases are created accurately and receive appropriate approvals prior to implementation.
Support process owners and stakeholders during the contract renewal process.
Financial goals for footprint rationalization
Team development roadmap and career path
Maintain constant dialogue with technology leaders for contract approvals
Validation of budgeted spend for net new purchases and renewals
Qualifications:
Minimum of five years' experience working with IT software and hardware contracts
Minimum three years' experience working with Ariba procurement software or other procurement software applications
Working knowledge of ServiceNow
Strong analytical and dispute resolution skills to handle issues and drive winning outcomes.
