This role is pivotal in developing and supporting various platforms, including our public website, internal websites, partner integrations, and our lending platform. The ideal candidate should be proficient in a range of technologies including .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node, SQL Server, AWS Cloud, HTML, and CSS. Experience with development tools like Visual Studio, VS Code, GIT, and a strong understanding of microservices architecture and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) are essential. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of team lead or manager experience, should be a self-starter, capable of finding solutions to complex problems with minimal supervision, and possess a thorough understanding of both client-side and server-side development.***REMOTE WORK OPTION AVAILABLE BUT PREFER WEST COAST*** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. 1. Develop customized coding, software integration, perform analysis, configure solutions, using tools specific to the project or the area.

6. Build in and maintain security controls and monitoring in support of company standards.

7. Typically lead moderately complex projects and participate in larger, more complex initiatives.

8. Solve complex technical and operational problems. Act as a resource for teammates with less experience

9. Build non-functional monitoring capabilities and provide escalated support for highly complex applications in production.

10. In an Agile environment: Responsible for delivering high quality working software and automating manual/reusable tasks working directly, and engage with, the business from the beginning of the design work. Leverage continuous engineering practices to deliver business value regarding effectiveness of the design. Actively participate in refining user stories. Responsible for design, developing, and maintaining automated unit testing, and supporting integration and functional testing. Responsible for providing automated monitoring capabilities, providing warranty support, and providing knowledge transfer to production support. Develop code in accordance with the acceptance criteria established by the Product Owner.

5. Professional experience building high-quality apps or services from the ground up and scaling at an enterprise level

6. Strong web and AWS cloud native development experience

7. Strong understanding of SOA and/or Open API methodologies and service architectures

8. Experience using web servers, application containers, caching technologies

9. Solid knowledge of relational database design and development (SQL, stored procedures, data modeling)

10. Experience with build tools, such as Webpack, esbuild, Git, TeamCity, Octopus, Terraform. Proven ability to write comprehensive unit and integration tests

The annual base salary for this position is $130K - $ 160K
