Business Development Representative (Menlo Park - Hybrid)

Our team is a group of unquestionable all-stars in our respective fields of AI, Computer Vision, and Construction Management.

This role is a bridge between our software solution and our customers. You will be the first touch point for Reconstruct’s new customers. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will identify and source potential new opportunities, articulate Reconstruct’s unique technology and value proposition, and generate excitement that leads to a pipeline of great customers for the company. You will be an ambassador of the Reconstruct brand.

Based near Menlo Park, CA and being in the office 2 days per week / 3 days remote.

Responsibilities

Research potential sales accounts and identify key contacts

Create and execute strategic outbound email, phone, and LinkedIn campaigns to generate highly qualified leads.

Conduct high-level conversations with decision-makers to articulate the Reconstruct business value proposition and assess whether they have a pain that we can solve.

Provide continuous feedback to Reconstruct Sales, Engineering, and Marketing teams on how we can improve our offering and messaging

Effectively manage a pipeline of leads in Salesforce.com, maintaining accurate and relevant data on prospects and interactions.

Consistently achieve or exceed qualified opportunity quotas for Activities, Meetings, Sales Accepted Leads, Sales Qualified Leads and Pipeline Generated.

Qualifications

2+ years of prior Business Development experience with B2B software with some experience of some kind in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) space

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset, and desire to succeed

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and process-driven

Ability to understand and communicate software solutions to business challenges

Four-year university/college degree or equivalent experience required

Salary, Commission, and Equity:

Salary is just one component of Reconstruct’s employee compensation. The base salary range is $60k - $70k plus commission that can reach total earnings of $100k+. Our full-time employees are also equity owners in the company, which can have positive impacts on long-term total compensation for each employee.
