POSITION OVERVIEW
What you will do:
Execute a DTC merchandising strategy that incorporates the overall business goals and brand positioning
Work with internal teams to determine product segmentation and exclusives for the DTC channel and key marketplaces
Report and measure results related to product initiatives and annual goals set for the segment
Plan, forecast, and manage calendars for production
Determine the complete assortment for .coms and assist in the coordination of key marketplaces and the brand stores
Lead the integration of planning and merchandising process by partnering with internal stakeholders
Take an active role in managing the team
Qualifications:
Proficient computer skills: Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Software, Word, Excel, InDesign, Power Point, Google Docs, Outlook and related programs.
Strong communication skills with ability to partner with multiple support areas/people.
High organizational and people skills; Ability to prioritize project deadlines and work with teams to execute.
Ability to multitask, highly motivated and passionate, and follows projects through to completion.
Strong knowledge of design trends, product execution, and merchandising practices.
Strong knowledge of license apparel and accessories, familiar with industry best practices.
Strong initiative and high sense of urgency to take on new projects to completion, positive attitude.
High understanding of Trend, Design, and Product Execution.
High attention to detail, hands-on experience minded.

Education Requirements:
A bachelor's degree with 5 years experience
Proven experience developing and leading high-performance team
Previous experience building/analyzing detailed item/location level retail data- synthesizing into actionable business insights
