Duties and Responsibilities
Recruit, train, supervise, evaluate and support Peer Recovery Coach Supervisors
Coordinate the scheduling of Recovery Coach Supervisors
Model and encourage a supportive and productive team approach with fellow staff members, and coach staff as needed to maintain this attitude
Liaison to referent agencies, internal programs and billing
Insures the program and individual records are current, comprehensive and meet agency and funding source standards
Facilitate individual and group supervision of the recovery coach supervisors
Liaison with families/guardians, and other outside service providers, when needed
Completes all necessary weekly/monthly reports and ensures supervisors are completing their reports
Implements agency / department policies and procedures
Provide on-call (cell-phone) coverage for the supervisors of the program. Respond to staff coverage, routine questions and system navigation
Performs other duties as assigned
Travel, as needed
Maintain fidelity of recovery coaching according to the Recovery Coach Academy model
Create and maintain collaborative relationships with other community resource programs
Administrative Responsibilities/Record Keeping
To adhere to program and agency policies and procedures
To attend scheduled staff meetings
To maintain person served records in accordance with standard format and timetables
To attend regular supervisory meeting with the Director of Recovery Coaching
To complete time sheets and submits them accurately and in a timely manner
To maintain job related record keeping accurately and submit reports in a timely manner
Complete prior authorizations timely, as needed
To Maintain accurate record keeping of third-party billing
To Maintain and submit accurate invoice according to Local, State and Federal grant guidelines
To Maintain Accreditation Standards
