WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Greet customers when they arrive and provide expert recommendations
Provide exceptional product knowledge and a positive shopping experience
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure customers are aware of new merchandise and promotions
Optimize store design and displays and inventory to drive sales
Build relationships with vendors to promote brand development
Handle customer concerns professionally and quickly
Assist with marketing promotional events
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Experience working in a sales environment, ideally within fine jewelry preferred
GIA certification preferred
Tech savvy skills and experience with POS system, MS Office Suites, and Google Suites
Excellent customer service skills
Strong leadership skills
COMPENSATION
This position offers a salary of $60-80K DOE + generous bonus structure. Benefits include paid time off for all major holidays, employee discount, as well as a health insurance stipend!
