Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements related to Salesforce projects.
Documentation : Create detailed and clear business requirement documents, user stories, and use cases, ensuring that they align with project objectives.
Process Analysis : Analyze and document current business processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions for optimization.
Solution Design : Work closely with Salesforce Solution Architects to design solutions that meet the identified business requirements, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
Communication : Act as a liaison between clients and the development team, facilitating effective communication and ensuring that client expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Testing and Validation: Collaborate with Quality Assurance/Testers to develop test plans, test cases, and validate that solutions meet specified requirements.
Change Management: Assist in change management activities, including user training and documentation, to ensure smooth transitions to new Salesforce solutions.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with a track record of successful Salesforce implementations.
One or more Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Consultant) are required.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
