Position Summary: The Director of Recruitment serves as a vital leader in achieving therecruitment goals of Tulsa Public Schools by managing Talent Management resources,recruiting outstanding candidates for district positions, ensuring high-quality candidate pools byenacting standard, quality-focused selection models for all positions. The Director of Recruitment creates and maintains strong partnerships with teacher education programs and other key community partners.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in education, public administration,human resources management, business, management science, operations research,organizational behavior, a closely related field, or equivalent combination of educationand experience
Experience:
• One (1) year leading recruitment process or other leadership experience
• Two (2) Experience in human resources, legal or employment processes andprocedures in educational settings
• Three (3) years of experience in project management or closely related field includingrecruitment, project management techniques and tools, group organization,communication, material preparation, candidate cultivation, task management, andcost/benefit financial analysis
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and human resource informationsystems
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc.:
• Familiarity with recruitment systems such as Glassdoor, Indeed, Seekout, etc.
• Prefer experience with Fountain, Munis, and PowerSchool
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
