Essity Health and Medical Solutions (HMS) North America Inc. is currently looking for an experienced **Digital Shopper Content Analyst for the North America Retail** business. The ideal candidate will assist the Essity HMS North America Consumer Team on defined digital, e-commerce and omnichannel shopper/customer marketing activations. Assist team on campaign launch set-up, execution and analysis, with the ability to make strategic recommendations to improve performance in line with the marketing objectives and priorities of the Essity HMS North America Consumer business unit. * Analyze shoppers, end-users and consumers Understand and analyze market and channel differentiations. interpret data, and identify areas of opportunity and growth
* Work with sales and data partners to understand and analyze omnichannel campaign performance and generate actionable insights
* Assist in social and online consumer feedback and review monitoring, reporting and responding
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce using consumer data and insights preferred. Ideally candidate would have professional experience in/with:
+ Paid search, paid social and other paid media campaign management (Amazon Advertising and Walmart Search/Media a plus)
+ Content Management Systems/PIM Systems
+ Experience with managing online ratings/reviews a plus
+ SEO experience a plus* Strong relationship building skills Experience managing customer media groups, media agencies and related tools/dashboards (Stackline, Kenshoo and Walmart Connect a plus)
* Proven digital marketing skills and ability to create best-in-class content
* Data-driven and analytical in nature
* Strong learning agility and ability to adapt to change
* Understanding of Consumer/Shopper
* Understanding of marketing vehicles (mass, in-store, digital, etc.)
* Robust understanding of and interest in digital marketing, platforms
* Proficient with MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel)
* Detail orientation
* Forward-thinking strong planning and organization skills
* Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
* Passion for learning and willingness to navigate across a global organization
