Agility Partners is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Business Manager position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This Business Manager will join the Executive Management organization to supervise and direct all business operations while collaborating closely with partners. This is an exciting opportunity to establish procedures and collaborate with experienced senior executives.
In this role you will: Drive operational excellence across the organization, planning, implementing, and monitoring projects that improve team efficiency
Develop high impact communications for executive, manager-level, and organization-wide audiences
Partner closely with stakeholders across the team, along with talent acquisition and recruiting
Help create; drive and support cross-org people projects and initiatives

The Ideal Candidate 5+ years of experience as a Business Manager
Experience in business management, operations and finance
Experience with engineering environments working on rhythm-of-business activities
Experience with PowerBI
Strong financial and data analysis skills
Experience in M365 Office specifically on Excel VLOOKUP tables
