HR Transformation- Change Enablement Lead at McDonald's Chicago, IL | posted: October 17, 2023 About the job The Change Enablement Lead supports the Change Lead designing the change strategy/plan. They work to implement strategies designed to increase change adoption and helping people to adapt to changes that will be introduced by the Global People Modernization program. The position supports change management processes and deliverables, enabling functions and markets to identify and drive transformation.
The Change Enablement Lead is responsible for delivering the change plan, designed based on business inputs including stakeholder analysis, and change impacts as well as overseeing the integration into market change plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Carries out the global change management strategy and solution deployment plans through initiating, documenting, and authorizing change processes
Engage the appropriate partners for workstream activities and deliverables
Partner with the 3rd party vendor Global Solution Change Specialists to provide change management support to the global people modernization project
Implements initiatives to develop employees’ understanding and acceptance of impacts on specific job roles, policies, technology impacts and business practices
Coordinate and collaborate between related projects, including organization design/operating model, process/policy harmonization, participating in global design, and other adjacent projects impacting the target audience as needed
Support change for large scale global solution implementation inclusive of building & planning, executing, and tracking the change plan milestones such as: Communications
Training
Stakeholder Engagement
Change Impact Assessment
Organizational readiness analysis
Post implementation support & reinforcement, and
Lessons learned
Evaluate change impact and organizational readiness to limit potential risk
Coordinate cross program engagement and communication to ensure a consistent experience for all program team members
Qualifications
An understanding of change management methodologies
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
Experience with organizational change efforts
Knowledge of organizational, project, and time management techniques
Attention to detail, particularly with numerous moving parts
Excellent relationship building skills
Strong presentation development and facilitation skills
