Customer Experience Representative

Overview:
Comfort Dynamics is a people-first company in Memphis offering HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services. We are hiring a Customer Experience Representative to handle inbound/outbound phone calls as a part of our small, onsite call center at the Home Office. We are looking to add a member to our team who has excellent phone etiquette, a customer-focused mindset, and a smile that seeps through calls . Not only do we want to make a difference in the area, we want to show our customers that they made the right decision when calling us, and that starts with their first conversation, that first impression of Comfort Dynamics via our in-house call center. Competitive Hourly Base $17-$22/hour

Responsibilities:
What will I do?
Continuously learning what we offer and how to best assist our customers
Successfully handle high volume inbound customer service calls
Making/handling high volume of outbound customer service calls
Respond to and follow up on e-mail inquiries
Receive and record completed work orders from field technicians
Expedite unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
Maintain accurate customer information and scheduled appointment details
Actively promote, talk about, and sell new or additional services or products when applicable
Qualifications:
What do I need?
2 years of excellent customer service experience required
A strong work ethic and customer service abilities are highly considered in lieu of experience
Must be able to work rotating evenings (until 7pm) and rotating weekends
Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time
What else might help me succeed?
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience in a call center environment OR extensive work with inbound/outbound phone calls in another environment
Experience with Service Titan is helpful
Bilingual English/Spanish speaking is a plus
