Novatech has an exciting opportunity for you as a Contract Administrator in our Atlanta, Dallas, or Nashville markets!
Your Job:
Work closely with sales and logistics team to process new customer set up, equipment orders and invoices
Interface with leasing companies to enable funding of deals
Verifies and updates funding certificates and lease documents
Utilize internal resources to pull original sales and leasing paperwork for internal and external review
Use financial software to review and correct billing records with a high level of attention to detail
Perform thorough research of customer account billing history and determine the appropriate actions needed to address/resolve billing disputes
Determine when credit memos are needed and calculate credit memos
Maintain reports for operations meetings
Set up and terminate contracts
Contract renewals
Maintaining invoice and contract corrections
You’re Good at:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work closely with teammates to meet deadlines
Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume call queue environment
Ability to multi-task through different applications/screens
Ability to handle sitting for long periods of time

You Bring to Novatech:
Previous industry experience preferred
E-Automate experience
Strong data entry skills
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated customer service experience
Meticulous attention to detail and time management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn
Strong interpersonal and social skills
