PURPOSE OF THIS JOB
Monitor product life cycle to ensure the growth and sustainability of the product at every stage of the life cycle
Support sales forces and customers to ensure necessary product related information is available
Deploy Marketing activities and own their implementation from ideation to execution with product and application knowledge.
DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITY
Business driver (Pro-active activities) Responsible for new (improved) and existing product launch of responsible products and drive market through various sales channels
Develop price positioning and strategy for respective products
Collect feedbacks from customer and regularly communicate with the product company for product improvement and development
Support Support sales team and distributors with product and application knowledge. The support can be in the form of product presentations at the customers, distributors or investigating product related issues in all levels.
Support order execution by providing product literatures including drawings, specifications, technical documents, etc.
Market Analysis Analyze divisional product portfolio and maintain product portfolio per market demand and target application
Track/Report competitor intelligence and market dynamics
Stay vigilant on what’s happening in the market and react to changes
Training Create and update training materials of product and application for both internal and external training
Conduct product training programs for sales engineers, customers and distributors
Registration Keep updated on local regulation and timely support and communicate with division to comply with
Translate and review catalogue and manual in local language and other product related documents as needed for sales activities
QUALIFICATIONS
Min 3 years experiences, preferably with knowledge of compressor and its market
College graduate preferably with electrical engineering or mechanical engineering major.
Good written and spoken English skills preferred.
Open minded & lead by example in collaboration with colleagues.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
