As a Technical Product Manager within the Data Science & Engineering group, you will combine problem-solving skills with data skills to create and shape the technical roadmap for our Omnia-Lineage platform. You will work with our proprietary data to analyze user needs, assess opportunities, and define new features and experiences that help us on our mission to create a fair and equitable experience for all. The right candidate will work with technical staff, leadership, and users to define, prioritize, and manage an agile pipeline of game-changing projects that will transform the way businesses do compliance.

Responsibilities: Partner with leadership, technical staff, and users to understand needs and anticipate demand to create and manage an innovative roadmap
Works across data and engineering to develop and maintain a backlog of prioritized features
Jump into the data using SQL, tableau, and excel to analyze trends, perform root cause analysis, identify anomalies, and create insights
Be a champion of high-quality data, validating changes and advocating best practices
Drive meetings and discussions with team members or users, with a sharp focus on simplifying complex ideas into easy-to-understand questions and action items
Analyze new opportunities objectively, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Review processes and procedures, recommend improvements to management and generate high quality documentation for staff and customers
Qualification and Experience: B.S. degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, or similar field
3+ years’ experience in financial services industry within a product related role
3+ years’ experience using SQL, Excel, Tableau, or other data analytics tools
Experience with relational databases, diagrams, data dictionaries, and defining use cases
Experience working in an agile environment with strong prioritization and organizational skills
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment without daily oversight
Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to adjust according to audience
Preferred: Project management and Agile scrum experience
Experience working on risk and compliance projects
Experience with SQL Server and Microsoft Azure
