The role

Our Talent Team plays a crucial role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent for ShiftKey. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support both corporate and technical functions, focusing on attracting high-caliber talent aligned with our vision and values. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes, and provide exceptional service to candidates and hiring managers, this role is ideal for you.

Tools we are using: Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, and Miro.

Where you’ll work

This is a hybrid role based in Dallas, TX, requiring in-office collaboration 2 days a week.

What you’ll be doing

Leading discovery intake sessions to understand and document the Hiring Manager’s talent needs and expectations.

Managing the entire recruitment process for corporate and technical roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with Hiring Managers and department Leaders to guide the recruitment process.

Sourcing and engaging with passive candidates to develop talent pipelines.

Helping us continuously improve our recruiting processes and practices.

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in internal talent acquisition, ideally in both corporate and technical recruiting.

Sense of urgency and ownership, ability to work efficiently under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and take ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence, build relationships, and deliver great customer service at all levels of the organization.

Strong sourcing skills, particularly on LinkedIn, with a track record of identifying and engaging passive talent.

Strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving skills for complex recruitment challenges.
