We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, recruit, and retain top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have Tech Sector experience and a passion for talent acquisition, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our company's success by identifying and engaging top talent.
Work with the Talent Acquisition and People & Culture team to review hiring needs and strategies.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using a variety of recruitment tools and techniques.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and networking activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline recruitment processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Recommend and coordinate campus recruitment strategies.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
Experience and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in the Tech industry.
Campus recruitment experience an asset.
HR certifications are a plus.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering results.
A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
