What You Will Do:Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to expandMcKinstry's presence in national markets. Focus on sustainable buildingsolutions, aligning market opportunities with our core mission and solutions.Experienced Leader:Our people are our number one focus. Bring at least tenyears of progressive leadership experience within the commercial facilitiessector or related industries. Your background should include developing highperforming teams, experience leading performance and talent management is amust.Team Development:Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering acollaborative and high-performing culture. You will be instrumental innurturing future leaders and achieving ambitious targets for our clients,partners and people.Operational Excellence:Oversee the seamless operation of the high-performingbuildings division, P&L management, ensuring operational excellence,budget management, and performance excellence.Business Development:Excel in securing new business and maintainingrelationships with key stakeholders, keeping McKinstry's sustainable andefficient building solutions top-of-mind for national clients.
