Summary

Provide strategic counsel and support to business lines through development of strategies and programs for promoting company products, community awareness and/or the enhancement of the Customer Experience. Works under minimum supervision with focus on national programs and general latitude in decision-making responsibility.

Key Responsibilities Include

Deep understanding of and advocacy for key client segments and ability to align line of business goals to marketing strategies that target those audiences with a client-centric approach.

Leads design, development and execution of end-to-end, offer-based integrated marketing campaigns for acquisition, deepening and retention across client segments and the overall buyer journey.

Applies intelligence and insights of clients, competition and industry trends to enhance development and performance of marketing campaigns. Uses client segmentation and personas to influence channel and creative strategy, reasons to believe, etc.

Utilizes strong analytical ability to design and evaluate end-to-end client experience across multiple channels and client touch points.

Sets well defined goals for marketing programs and opportunities for testing and optimization.

Provides ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholders.

Builds strong relationships and work collaboratively with other marketing teams, Bank stakeholders and agency partners to ensure optimal campaign orchestration and performance

Articulates and advocates for marketing campaign development needs and works with key stakeholders to ensure implementation, communication plans are in place.

Collaborates with partner Marketing teams to measure program success and optimize accordingly, consistently planning, supervising and tracking performance to reach and convert right target audiences

Qualifications Include

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, higher level degree preferred

Minimum 8-10 years demonstrated marketing experience

Omnichannel marketing campaign experience required

Banking / financial services experience a plus

Experience, Skills and Competencies:

Experience leading and managing marketing campaigns in a variety of advertising platforms

Experience with personalization practices across channels a plus

Superior change management and leadership skills

Ability to negotiate and influence others

Independent decision making ability

Strong interpersonal and communications skills

Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Inherent growth mindset and ability to adapt and thrive in a changing workplace
