What You'll Be Doing:
The Marketing Campaign & Project Manager is responsible for supporting our Inside Sales (SMB) and Regional AE teams with a steady stream of lead-generating campaigns. As such, he/she will create, manage, track and report on each campaign.
This role s responsible for ensuring that each email and client engagement has a compelling message and CTA optimized to resonate with the target audience and maximize lead generation. In addition to effectively promoting a given product or solution, each marketing campaign must align with the Company’s overall Brand narrative and messaging strategy.
This position will work closely with the Inside Sales Team, Regional Sales Team, Product Marketers and Sales Enablement to create campaign content. He/she will be responsible for managing all email/campaign lists and for publicizing a prioritized schedule with each campaign and its associated content. He/she will identify and address any technical issues that may arise during a campaign, and will monitor campaign performance going forward, making any necessary adjustments.
Each week, the Marketing Campaign/Project Manager will generate campaign KPI reports, present the campaign data and analysis to Sales, and recommend enhancements to drive improved performance in future campaigns.
Must be collaborative, work well under pressure and be able to juggle multiple tasks while consistently meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Align with Inside Sales Leadership to develop and execute an always-on lead generation strategy
Identify persona-based target audiences and create/maintain/grow associated email lists
Design and implement automated email campaigns leveraging internal tools
Source existing marketing materials to write compelling subject lines and email copy
Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
Continually enhance our email templates and value propositions using compelling graphics, personalization and advanced features
Track and analyze campaign performance, suggest areas for improvement, establish best practices
Develop and present standardized campaign performance reports to Inside Sales and leadership on a weekly basis

Job Qualifications
Proven work experience (5+ years) as a Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist
Hands-on experience with Pardot, basic HTML coding, and content management systems preferred
Proficiency in marketing automation technology
Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends
Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
Familiarity with marcom analytics and database tools
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
Strong project management skills
Collaborative and resourceful team player
