About the Role:
The Consultant-Product Management will help build the strategic vision for Windstream’s network product roadmap. The Product Operations team articulates the problem to solve, defines associated KPIs, communicates vision, publishes product memos, documents, and maintains requirements, and drafts methods of procedure.
What You'll Do:
Proactively partner with subject matter experts across the company to understand existing processes, systems, and data flows, and collaboratively design solutions to optimize and improve technical operations.
Produce comprehensive documentation detailing context, end state, and a phased roadmap.
Publish succinct communication for stakeholders and leadership.
Lead innovation processes and product development activities supporting product and process optimization.
Demonstrate an enthusiastic problem solving bent and ensure a culture of continuous improvement.
Prioritize and balance project work based on company strategy and priorities.
Focus on network automation and introducing AI methods into Windstream’s network operations.
Do You Have?
Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Dev/Ops).
Experience effectively communicating in written and verbal form to executive leaders.
Functional experience with reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
Data mining using various languages (e.g. SQL and NoSQL).
Knowledge of applied AI and machine learning techniques.

The starting compensation range for this job is $84,800 - $111,200.

Actual base pay for this job will depend on the candidate's primary work location and other factors, such as relevant skills and experience.
Job Requirements Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: College degree and 5-7 years professional level experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or 9 years professional level related experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
