Job Summary:
Cloud Lake Technology is looking for a Microsoft Subject Matter Expert (SME) to work in Lorton, VA.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Be able to answer all inquiries regarding DVS and approved Enterprise visualization software (e.g., , Microsoft Power Platform and its components such as PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerPages, PowerAutomate and Power Virtual Agents).
Possess the requisite knowledge and experience needed to assist, support and resolve DVS help tickets relating to Microsoft Power BI applications and issues.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and At least (5) years’ experience working in a Federal Government environment as a Microsoft Application SME essentially for the Power BI components.
Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Professional Certificate or similar training at this level for the knowledge and expertise for the Power BI components; IAT-II certification.
