About the Role
The Company is seeking a Retail Media Solutions Growth Lead, VP to drive business growth and lead sales efforts within the retail media solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating and responding to sales leads, leading the close of sales, and supporting both the sell-side and buy-side clients. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a dynamic personality, capable of leading a team and maintaining a strong focus on meeting sales quota goals. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's degree a plus) and over 10 years of consultative sales experience, with a proven track record of success in closing large, complex deals. Key responsibilities for the Retail Media Solutions Growth Lead, VP include driving business growth with new and existing accounts, qualifying and cross-selling within core capabilities, and leading renewal efforts. The role demands a deep understanding of the retail media and digital ad-tech marketplace, as well as experience in architecting complex solutions for large corporations. The candidate must have a solid background in marketing technology, data & analytics, and digital agency, with a history of quota attainment and a strong ability to prospect. Innovation, creativity, exceptional communication, and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to lead through influence and a strong collaboration capability. Experience in the retail sector is a must, and experience in financial services and travel is an added advantage. The role is pivotal in the company's growth strategy, and the successful candidate will be at the forefront of the eRetail and Retail Media Networks, shaping the future with enthusiasm and a desire to change the game.
