National Account Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
The National Account Manager is focused on forging partnerships with end-user brands for our Aircarbon foodware products and Aircarbon Alloys. This role demands a successful background in the hospitality sector, particularly in selling disposable foodware products to brands and distribution. In collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and reporting to the Head of National Accounts, the National Account Manager drives company revenue targets and profitability requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
Obtaining company quarterly assigned sale targets with margins in line with company objectives.
Generate leads, identify potential customers, and use all available channels to secure an initial presentation with each potential customer.
Consult with potential customers to understand their needs; identify and suggest products to meet them.
Resolve customer concerns and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
Review and analyze sales reports; use data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
Ensuring our CRM (Salesforce) is reliable with current sales and customer information.
Input sales and customer data into our ERP (Acumatica).
Build and nurture client relationships.
Achieve assigned sales goals through effective planning.
Help create presentation decks and marketing materials for the sales process.
Be the sales point for any in-market pilot programs or tests.
Complete vendor applications and oversee onboarding procedures.
Provide customer support for B2B sales accounts.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of sales experience selling into the hospitality industry. Preferably disposable foodware products.
Demonstrated experience building and growing National Accounts.
Ability to collaborate effectively with business partners (Production, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, Operations).
Effective problem-solving and project management skills.
Ability to clearly communicate with people from a wide range of functions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
Background in selling sustainable products a bonus, but not paramount.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This employee will work in an office environment, onsite or remotely, as determined.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is an exempt position, requiring overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays, as needed to complete assigned work.

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
COMPENSATION
This position's salary range is $90,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors.
