What will you be doing? As a key member of our IT team, the IT Engineer role presents an exhilarating and dynamic opportunity for growth and responsibility. Reporting directly to the IT Manager, this position involves managing daily IT requests, owning project deliverables, and proactively enhancing our IT program.

What we're looking for in you: Over 3 years of relevant IT support experience, demonstrating a robust foundation in resolving technical issues efficiently.

Proficient in providing support and troubleshooting for both Windows and MacOS systems, ensuring seamless functionality across diverse platforms.

Skilled in administering Office 365, Azure AD, and Exchange, enhancing organizational productivity through effective management of cloud-based services.

Proficiency in developing comprehensive technical documentation, facilitating knowledge sharing and efficient problem-solving processes.

Experience in supporting endpoint management platforms such as Intune and Jamf for Windows and Mac systems, optimizing device performance and security.

Proven track record of contributing effectively to IT service desks, delivering prompt resolutions and exceptional customer support experiences.

Comfortable and adept at supporting both Windows PCs and Macs, fostering inclusivity and accessibility within the IT support landscape.

Familiarity with supporting network infrastructure is advantageous, enriching the scope of technical capabilities and contributions.

Demonstrates a genuine passion for continuous learning and professional development, embracing opportunities to expand expertise and adapt to evolving technologies.

Recognizes the significance of collaborative teamwork, fostering a culture of cooperation and synergy within the IT support environment.

Previous experience working within a global company environment, adept at navigating diverse cultural perspectives and operational dynamics.

Proven ability to work autonomously and efficiently, demonstrating self-reliance and accountability in delivering results.

Possesses strong organizational skills, adept at prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
