Revenue Engineering is at the core of monetization and product go-to-market at Datadog. The team is responsible for metering and aggregating product usage, modeling and customizing SaaS subscriptions, and surfacing usage and cost insights for all of our customers and product offerings.
As the Group Product Manager for Revenue Engineering, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of Datadog’s usage metering, subscriptions, and pricing data platforms, as well as its customer-facing cost visibility features. You will manage a team of experienced PMs and ensure that Revenue Engineering’s ecosystem and product features can scale to 100+ more products.
You’ll partner with other Datadog product teams to ensure their latest offerings can be launched, metered, and billed properly. You’ll also work closely with a diverse set of stakeholders from Leadership, Engineering, Finance, Customer Success, Sales Systems, Cloud Alliances, Legal, etc. to ensure that the growing platform meets our customers needs and scales with the business.

What You’ll Do:
Be accountable for growing and scaling Datadog’s Revenue Engineering data platforms, services, and customer-facing product offerings.
Become an expert in the B2B SaaS metering and monetization space and represent Revenue Engineering in go-to-market conversations with Datadog leadership and other product leaders – while consistently advocating for the customer.
Define the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for both the critical platforms and for customer-facing features – including but not limited to self-service alerting capabilities, budgeting, cost reporting, etc.
Manage a team of PMs to deliver on the roadmap and ensure all work prioritized creates direct value for customers and other product teams within Datadog.
Partner with stakeholders across Engineering, Finance, Product, Customer Success, Sales Systems, etc. to ensure smooth product launches and billing rollouts.
Who You Are:
You have 7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or in a payments related technical product.
You have a proven track record managing and scaling large and critical data platforms in the service of other teams.
You have prior experience managing multiple product managers and ensuring they’re delivering on a roadmap that brings customer value.
You have years of experience working directly with leadership and stakeholders from different departments.
You have a passion for a fast-paced, high-growth environment scaling existing products and evangelizing a technical platform.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Datadog ranges from $234,000 to $400,000, plus a competitive equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
