Summary:
One of the key focuses of the company Direct Global Ecosystem team is building the operational infrastructure to enable company Direct’s massive growth outlook. The ecosystem enablement and enhancement function is responsible for the continued growth in network endpoints and enhancing the quality of the transaction. Network reach is a key point of value for originating clients and the continued endpoint expansion provides them with flexibility and simplicity that cannot be matched elsewhere. Enhancing the quality of the transaction and expanding its destination set is critical for continued origination and revenue growth. As a Data & Insights Consultant you will play a critical role in driving effective communication and data-driven insights about the network across the organization.
Essential Functions:
Drive ecosystem enablement and expansion initiatives through process improvement, and alignment with business needs, across multiple stakeholders across the organization.
Enable team members to carry out processes by creating team objectives and tasks, while continuously monitoring and improving processes.
Collaborate with commercialization and global partner solution team to prepare for and execute partner implementations targeting high auth and success rates.
Analyze network data to draw conclusions and make data-driven recommendations to stakeholders, addressing moderately complex problems independently. Leverage data insights to support business decision-making processes and continuous improvement efforts.
Work across regional and functional teams to determine underlying causes for stalled ecosystem enablement projects across card/account/wallet and drive solutions for the root cause and continued forward movement.
Develop and utilize key relationships across product and commercialization to properly train, and certify internal clients on the appropriate usage of tools and assets for external commercialization discussions.
Deliver visually compelling data visualizations and storytelling narratives to communicate complex insights in a clear and impactful manner to both internal and external stakeholders.
Create external company Direct network and capabilities documentation and the processes necessary to update these documents monthly.
Leverage commercialization and other internal client feedback to improve data products and communication strategies.
Understand and improve upon internal and cross functional processes to cut time and unnecessary complexity.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
6+ years post college experience, product or relevant functional management (sales, marketing or technology)
Client engagement experience; Financial or technical client experience a plus
Strong analytical skills; detail-oriented and data-driven
Superior interpersonal and communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation skills.
Strong project management and strategic thinking skills
Understand and able to research market trends, competition, and user requirements (primary and secondary research methods)
Successfully apply structured and critical thinking to ambiguous problems (small, fast-moving initiatives or large, multi-dependency initiatives). Use data to prove or disprove hypotheses and inform solutions set and future experiments.
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
