Title: Senior Software Engineer

Location: 1414 S. Tryon St, 28203

Duties: Contribute to ongoing feature development of applications on cloud platform based on service-oriented architecture, involving UI, Services, and databases. Work with development team leads (Lead Software Engineers) on technical and architectural direction of projects. Research, analyze, design, and deliver solutions that are appropriate for business and application development strategies. Help in making technology-related decisions and ensure that the project follows the best practices and coding standards. Work with cross functional, globally dispersed development teams to support development efforts to meet business requirements. Provide technical guidance and expertise to the development team in customizing the application using Lightning framework, Lightning Web Components, Automation Flows, Platform Events, Approval processes and also build the API integrations with Master domains using REST APIs. Help in making technology-related decisions and ensure that the project follows best practices and coding standards. Design and develop new projects and enhancements based on evolving business needs. Interact with internal users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications. Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies. Participate in user story refinement sessions to ensure that the technical aspects and dependencies are properly addressed. Collaborate with the team to break down user stories into development tasks. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainable code. Collaborate with the team to ensure proper unit testing and integration testing is conducted. Come up with Deployment strategies for feature based packages and perform continuous integration and continuous deployments using GIT, Bitbucket and Jenkins pipeline setup. Complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance of software. Provide guidance and support to junior developers, helping them grow their technical skills and resolve technical challenges. Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to improve the team's overall technical knowledge. Continuously assess and improve the team's development processes, tools, and practices. Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and technical debt reduction.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field plus five (5) years of experience as a Software Engineer, Technical Consultant, or in a related IT position performing software development and designing technical solutions. Must have experience with the following: providing technical support, including troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving defects in production, UAT, and stage environments; applying knowledge of multithreading concepts, design patterns, and software development methodologies, including Agile, and Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment; working with Adobe Experience Manager, Adode Experience Cloud Products, Core Java, J2ee, Spring, Hibernate, JMS, JDBC, SQL/PLSQL, Unix, Shell, JavaScript, Html, CSS, Angular, Eclipse, and automated testing tools, including Junit and Jacoco; and using build tools and version control systems, including Maven, GIT, and Subversion.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $149,469 - $162,550, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
