About the Expert Product team
The Expert Product team focuses on building the technology that empowers experts. We own the end-to-end expert user journey from acquisition & orientation, to marketplace dynamics, to the expert-facing application our experts use to chat with consumers. Our aim is to build Curated into the best place for experts to monetize their passions.
With the emergence of quality LLMs, the Expert Product team is taking rapid steps to empower experts with AI. We have a unique dataset derived from hundreds of thousands of deep conversations and product recommendations that positions us well to build first-to-market experiences for expert-assisted shopping.
In addition, brands are starting to notice Curated’s unique value proposition and are working with us to bring Curated experts and AI to power their direct-to-consumer online shopping. We have a live partnership with Callaway Golf today where you can get Curated-powered expert assistance on the Callaway website.
